Carolyn Gibson

Carolyn’s mission is to support communities and organisations to find novel ways to address some of the world’s most pernicious problems, including extreme poverty, climate change and health emergencies.

In her 20+ years of leading strategy development and implementation experience across the public and private sectors, she has learned that solutions to these wicked problems come from finding and filling ‘the spaces in-between’ with a new type of conversation - a conversation that goes beyond resilience to something more human, more creative and more compelling.  With calm, compassion and boundless curiosity, Carolyn transforms these challenging spaces into safe, positive shared experiences where people develop and deliver more holistic solutions, moving all of us from surviving to thriving.
